Guided by experienced creative artist Patsy Bush, you will learn a range of exciting techniques for printing on both paper and fabric, discovering new ideas, textures and colour combinations along the way.

Throughout the workshop, Patsy will show you how to transform your favourite prints into two beautiful take-home creations:
A unique concertina artist book &
A three-dimensional cube constructed from the prints you have created.

This is a wonderful opportunity to experiment, connect, and let your creativity flow in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Come explore, play and print your way to something uniquely yours!

Explore the beauty of the natural world through textile art. Drawing inspiration from the intricate forms, lines, and patterns found in nature; such as tree bark, leaves, flowers and seeds, you’ll create a unique textile art piece that reflects your favourite inspirations.

Under Alysn’s guidance, you’ll work with an exciting range of materials, including metal fabrics, soluble film, Lutradur, Tyvek, and wire. Techniques will include machine and/or hand stitching, wire manipulation, colouring metal with heat, beading, and embellishment.

Exploring translucent cloth, finely woven metal fabrics, and soluble film. Stitch, wire, beads, and other embellishments may be added to bring your piece to life. This method works beautifully for both flat and sculptural designs. This workshop is perfect for artists and makers looking to experiment with new materials and techniques while deepening their connection to the natural world.
